● WHAT SHOULD I DO TO CARE FOR MY RAW HAIR EXTENSIONS?

 

Our Raw hair extensions are the purest form of Raw Hair. These unprocessed hairs are cut from single donors in South India and Asia. It is recommended to wash your hair weekly. Be sure not to use products that contain sulfate. Additionally, your extensions should be cleansed before installation. 

Recommended Products - Creme of Nature, Silicon Mix, Bedhead and Chi Silk and Argan Oil.

● WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES?

 

Processing Time - Once an order is placed, the customer is required to agree to processing terms via email. Once agreement is received, our quality-control team conducts extensive quality checks of bundles prior to shipping.Note, processing time differs from shipping time frame. 

NOTE: SHIPPING IS NOT ACTIONED UNTIL PROCESSING AGREEMENT IS RECEIVED VIA EMAIL

 

Shipping Time - Customer shipping time is selected during checkout. Once the above processing steps are completed, our team executes tracking information. Note, shipping time is business days only (non holiday and weekends). May experience longer shipping times during sales.

● DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

 

We do not offer returns and/or exchanges on our Raw extensions. Feel free to contact us via email for further review. We will be happy to assist you!
